The Drum Program: The Regent Park Youth Drum Corp program is a three tier program that teaches the Regent Park Community youth the fundamentals of drumming and working within a team environment. Education, group work, and responsibility are taught through innovative rhythm techniques.

Drum classes start at 1:00pm every Saturday and are on going. All drum students are encouraged to participate in live performances to help promote the program and become more comfortable with playing in front of an audience. Upon registration, students are given their very own drum sticks and stick control exercise booklet that must be brought to each and every lesson. The drum program is free and available to the Regent Park youth that are within the ages of 10-19 years old.
